Who this is for

Start with the person. Then build the response.

Women, men, and loved ones whose lives have been affected by abortion—whether they chose abortion, lost a child to abortion, or have carried grief, guilt, anger, shame, or unanswered questions for years.

What SaveOne actually is

A Bible-based path toward healing after abortion.

SaveOne is an international Christian ministry dedicated to helping women, men, and loved ones recover mentally, emotionally, and spiritually after an abortion experience. Its curriculum was written by founder Sheila Harper from her own experience of abortion and healing.

The faith foundation is stated openly from the beginning. The studies offer a safe, nonjudgmental place to work through pain, grief, guilt, shame, anger, forgiveness, and the thoughts that can remain long after an abortion.

01

For women

A guide and workbook for girls and women seeking freedom from post-abortion pain and guilt, with attention to forgiveness, anger, harmful thought patterns, God’s grace, and renewal of the mind.

02

For men

A distinct study that recognizes the loss of fatherhood and helps men address guilt, shame, grief, sorrow, forgiveness, anger, and unresolved thoughts surrounding an abortion experience.

03

For loved ones

The Ripple Effect is for friends and family members carrying authentic grief or pain after abortion. It helps participants understand the experience and work through loss, stray emotions, and forgiveness.

How it works

A safe, confidential way to begin.

You can begin with a question. You do not need the right words, and you will never be asked to tell your whole story before you feel safe.

01

Reach out privately

Ask about the next available group, one-on-one, or online option. You do not have to tell your whole story to ask a question.

02

Choose the right study

SaveOne has separate Bible-based materials for women, men, and loved ones, with supported self-study also available.

03

Walk through it

A SaveOne leader guides the study in a safe, nonjudgmental setting focused on healing, forgiveness, and renewal.

You choose the pace. We keep the porchlight on.

Your story is safe here

You decide when—and how—to begin.

Before you join, we will explain the study, its Bible-based foundation, and what confidentiality means. Your participation and what you share are kept private. If there is ever an immediate concern that you or someone else may be harmed, we will help bring in the right support. You can ask questions, take your time, and decide whether SaveOne feels right for you.

A private first step

You can start with one quiet conversation.

Ask a question, learn when the next study begins, or simply tell us you would like someone safe to talk with. You decide what you are ready to share—and what comes next.
